• Website: mean the website desko.io and alternative domain extensions to desko.io.

Desko.io is an online platform where space managers can create and edit work space, share it with space users; space users can book desks in the spaces shared with them, within maximum number of desks defined by the space managers.

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms of Use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these Terms of Use.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on desko.io website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. desko.io does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. desko.io may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However desko.io does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Fees

Desko.io is a free service. Kakushin Pty Ltd reserves right to charge fees based on the number of Spaces and number of users.

The User hereby unconditionally releases Kakushin Pty Ltd from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, which the User now has or has ever had against Kakushin Pty relating in any way to your use of the Service.

The User acknowledges that desko.io is a self-service online platform, and that Kakushin Pty makes no representation to the users of the desko.io.

The User releases Kakushin Pty Ltd, its officers and employees, from all actions, claims, costs, damages, demands, expenses and losses arising out of the Terms of Uses in respect to:

• Any User's failure to comply with the Terms of Use;
• Any User's failure to comply with their obligations under the relevant Terms of Use.
• Any User's failure to comply with any applicable act, law or legislation.
• Personal injury or death of any person.
